Rasulullaah صل الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ said, "The believer with the most perfect level of imaan is the one with the best character." ]Tirmidhi: 1162; Musnad Ahmad: 10106] Nabi صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ practically demonstrated noble character. Allaah تبارك وتعالى Himself testifies to the lofty character possessed by Rasulullaah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . Allaah تبار وتَعَالَى states, and verily, you are the possessor of great character." [al-Qalam: 4] Sa'd ibn Hisham reports that he once asked Aaishah رضى اللهُ عَنْهَا Tell me about the character of Rasulullaah صَلَّ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَةٌ !" Have you not read the Qur'aan?" "Of course I have," he replied. Aaishah رضي الله عنها then said, "Rasulullaah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ 's character was the Qur'aan."
