Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We focus on delivering books and Islamic products and primarily ship using USPS Media Mail to offer cost-effective shipping whenever possible.

Shipping Availability

• We currently deliver orders within the United States only.

• International shipping is not offered at this time.

Order Processing

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Purchases made after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

• During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options

USPS Media Mail (Main Shipping Option)

• Used for qualifying items such as books, Qur’an, Hadith collections, and other printed Islamic and educational materials.

• Estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days.

• Media Mail is an economical option but may take longer than standard shipping services.

• USPS may inspect Media Mail parcels to confirm eligibility, which can occasionally result in delivery delays.

Standard or Expedited Shipping (Optional)

• Faster shipping methods are available at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

• Shipping fees for these options are calculated during checkout.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, selected shipping method, and delivery location.

• Any applicable free shipping promotions will be displayed before payment is completed.

Media Mail Eligibility

In accordance with USPS Media Mail regulations:

• Only approved items, such as books and printed educational materials, are sent via Media Mail.

• Orders containing non-eligible products (including accessories or non-printed items) may be shipped using standard shipping services instead.
