Return and Refund Policy

At Dar Al-Tawhid, we want you to be happy with every book and product you buy from us. If 
something isn't right, we keep the return process simple. Please take a moment to read the 
guidelines below. 
At a Glance 
• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. 
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. 
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we inspect your return. 
• We cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. 
Returns Accepted for 30 Days 
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a return. After 30 days, we're 
sorry, but we can't offer a refund or exchange. 
What Can Be Returned 
Any item that is unused, undamaged, in the same condition you received it, and in its 
original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or receipt, because we need proof 
of purchase to process a return. 
What Cannot Be Returned 
• Items that have been written in, highlighted or damaged after delivery. 
• Gift cards and digital products, if offered. 
• Items clearly marked as final sale. 
• Items you ask to return after the 30-day period. 
How to Start a Return 
1. Email info@daraltawhid.com or call +1 845-536-5363 and tell us your order number, 
the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. 
2. If the item arrived damaged, please attach a photo. 
3. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the address to send 
your package to. 
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. 
Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, so your return doesn't get lost. 
Return Shipping 
For a change of mind or any other non-defective return, you pay the cost of return shipping. 
We recommend a trackable and insured shipping method, because we can't be responsible 
for items lost or damaged on their way back to us. 
If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping or send 
a replacement. Please report this within 7 days of delivery. 
Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm that it arrived and let 
you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, we'll issue the refund to your original 
payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it. 
Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake. 
Exchanges 
We're happy to do exchanges. Start a return as described above, then place a new order for 
the item you want. If the new item is out of stock, we'll refund you instead. 
Order Cancellations 
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Contact us with your order number as 
soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
