Shipping policy

Shipping Policy
Effective date: July 24, 2026
At Dar Al-Tawhid, we want your books and products to reach you safely, quickly and at a fair
price. This page explains where we ship, what it costs, and what to expect after you place an
order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this
time. All orders are packed and sent from our fulfillment location in the United States.
Shipping Rates
• Free shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
• A flat rate of $8.95 applies to all orders under $75.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after you place them. Weekends and
holidays are not counted as business days. During busy seasons, such as Ramadan and Hajj,
processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, please allow 5 to 8 business days for it to arrive. Your total wait is the
processing time plus the delivery time.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details. Use the tracking
number to follow your package and see the estimated delivery date. If you don't see the
email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Delays
We do our best to deliver within the estimated time, but delays can happen. Bad weather,
carrier issues and high-demand periods are the most common causes. These are outside our
control, but if your order is taking longer than expected, we're happy to help.
Correct Shipping Address
Please double-check your name and address at checkout. If you need to change your
address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to
change it.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you can't find it,
please contact us with your order number. We'll look into it and work with you to make it
right.
